Jika Anda mencatat waktu Anda, jadi Anda dapat mengetahui pola waktu Anda dan mengaturnya sesuai dengan Anda, sehingga Anda tidak membuang-buang waktu.
Jika saya mengingat kembali hari itu dan menuliskan pikiran saya, saya dapat mengetahuinya secara detail dan segera membuangnya.
Saya selalu bisa bermeditasi, belajar, berolahraga, dan memanfaatkan waktu saya dengan baik, sehingga kebiasaan saya akan berubah.

Write a thankful diary.
Write a self-reflection diary.
Write what I should be changed about in detail.
When I change my thoughts, my behavior will be changed.
When I change my behavior, my habits will be changed.
When I change my habits, my destiny will be changed.
If I write my diary to change myself, I am always grateful and don’t have any judgement and discernment.
Whether it is good or bad, it is just a gift for me.
Thankful Diary: “What am I grateful for?”
Self-Reflection Diary: “How was my mind?”, “What do I want to change?”, “What was I changed about?”, “What have I done something good for others?”
Look back on myself about how much I was changed last 3 months. And then, write down what I want to change.
If I believe in Remake Diary and write it diligently every day, I can find myself to be changed according to the times.
